IMPORTANT NOTES


The membership rate is for 2019 membership. It is most smooth to receive the ATBC member rate by becoming a member or renewing the membership to receive the ATBC member rates.

Fees are paid according to the Delegate’s nationality. Fees for different income countries are available here.

For all categories of registration, the Secretariat will charge the appropriate full rate if the delegate fails to provide the necessary information or proof. Registration will only be confirmed electronically upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. The Full Registration fees include admission to Main Conference Hall and other designated conference facilities, conference bag (which includes program), admission to opening ceremony and welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches, closing ceremony and the conference banquet on Sept 13 but not the optional tours, other meals, airport / local transfers and accommodation. For all University Students, to complete the registration, a letter or any documentary proof from the relevant department must be submitted to confirm the student status. Further details about online registration steps are announced when registration website opens.

PAYMENT


All payments for foreign participants will be charged in USD.

Please see the membership renewal page - Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to receive confirmation. We encourage payment to be made earlier to take the advantage of the concessionary rates offered for ‘early bird’ registration and the latest, at the time of registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS


Please note that all related bank charges, financial charges or credit card handling fee are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fees payable to the Conference.

Official invoice and receipt will be provided only upon request.

International delegates can make payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Local delegates can make payment by local check and bank transfer. In this case, payment can be made in LKR by using the exchange rate of the day.

CONFIRMATION


Registration will only be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT and CONFIRMED VALIDATION.

Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the opening day of the conference.

For payment made by bank transfer, please scan the receipt and send it by email at atbc.apsl2019@gmail.com before 7th June 2019.

CANCELLATION


Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ATBCAP 2019 Secretariat by email at atbc.apsl2019@gmail.com

Any cancellation received on or after 20th August 2019 will be charged a handling fee of USD100. The balance of the registration fees will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including cost of foreign exchange conversions, Credit Card cancellation and/or banking transaction.

Paid registration fee is not refundable after 10th th September 2019 for whatever reasons, No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

All refunds will be made in LKR at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.

Refund for cancellation will be made within three months after the Conference (from 10th September 2019 onwards).

LIABILITY/INSURANCE


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance and medical insurance prior to the Conference.

The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the Congress itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the Conference Organizers and the Conference Secretariat cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the Secretariat take responsibility for injury or damage to property or persons occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
